Registration for the 2018/2019 season is now open!  

REGISTRATION FEES: 

The following are the registration fees for the 2018/2019 season:
Please note that rates for some divisions will INCREASE AFTER JUNE 15th, 2018 

It is important to register early to secure your child's place on a team.
To avoid disappointment, please register prior to August 1st, 2018.
Final ice scheduling must begin taking place after August 1st and registration after
this date may result in your child being placed on a waiting list, pending numbers.

A family discount is offered for 3 or more players living at the same address in the amount of $100.00.

To register your child, please complete a copy of the registration form and accompanying bond agreement (link below) and contact current registrar Michelle Milley at [email protected] to arrange drop off.  For more information on the Volunteer Bond Policy, please click here.

Registration tables and representatives will be available at the following local events:

April 22nd, 2018 - Awards Banquet, 1pm to 4pm (after the ceremony upstairs at the Arena).
April 30th, 2018 - Annual General Meeting, 7pm to 9pm (Arena Boardroom)

Payment plans are available, if you wish to spread out your registration fees, please make cheques payable on the following dates: 

June 15th, 2018
July 15th, 2018
August 15th, 2018
September 15th, 2018.

NEW for the 2018/2019 season, we now accept Email Money Transfers for payment.  Please send transfers to [email protected]  Payment can be made in full or in 4 installments as outlined above.    

Payment must be received in full before September 15th, 2018.


NEW FAMILIES TO OMHA/GVDMH:

If you are a new family coming to play with GVDMH, please note that we will need a copy of your player's birth certificate at the time of registration.  Please be sure to provide a photocopy or scanned copy of the birth certificate at the time of registration.

All families are required to complete the Respect in Sport Parent program offered by the OMHA prior to the start of the season.  

This program MUST be completed before your child can be rostered for the upcoming season and before they can participate in on ice activities like practices or games. The first skate is usually at the beginning of October. 


The RIS program has no expiry date so once you are certified you do not have to repeat this program. There is a cost of approximately $14.00 with this course which is the responsibility of the parent/family. The course takes approximately an hour to complete and you don't have to do it all at once. This course MUST be done by one parent/guardian, regardless of any other certifications.  Once complete, if you have entered your children's information, it will go directly to their profile and we will then be able to roster them for the upcoming season.
