CHASE THE TORNADO

Run Dufferin, in partnership with The Upper Grand Trailway and Grand Valley Minor Hockey, would like to invite you to join the annual Chase the Tornado 10k run and 5k walk. There is also a free kid run starting at 9:30am. Refreshments, lunch and prizes are available. Further details can be found at www.ChaseTheTornado.com.
For the Minor Hockey membership, you can use the promo code "hockey" and receive $10 off your registration fee! You can also share this promo code with family and friends. If you are unable to run, you could volunteer your time by helping out at water stations, supporting runners at intersections, etc. If you are willing to volunteer your time, please contact Kaye Martin at [email protected].
