End of Year-AGM & Awards
Hello Twisters,

As the season is coming to an end we wanted to take a minute to inform our families of some upcoming events- save the date!

GVMH Annual General Meeting
Our annual Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for Saturday May 6th at 1:00pm.
There are three vacant positions for 2023-24 Season such as the Referee In Chief, IP Director and Tournament Director roles. These positions will be voted in at the AGM.
It is important that all families make the effort to attend the AGM - get informed and help shape hockey for next season!  Again this year, one lucky family in attendance will win a 50% discount on next year’s registration fee!  One ballot will be created for each child who played in the 2022-23 hockey season. Ballot(s) will go into the draw if the player’s parent/guardian(s) attend the meeting. The draw will be held at the end of the AGM (must be present to win; 50% discount applied to 2023-24 registration fee).
An agenda for the AGM will be distributed before the meeting. We are looking forward to seeing you at the AGM!

Awards Day
We are excited to share that our Awards Day for our 2022-23 Season will also be Saturday May 6th starting at 3:00pm. Awards will be given out to U8-U13 age groups. The U7 Age Group will be presenting their awards at their own event.

End of Year Survey
We are very proud of our accomplishments as an organization this year, and we’re looking forward to your feedback on things we did well, and what we can do better on in the future! Please take a few minutes to provide feedback on this year, and at the end you will have the opportunity to nominate someone in our organization for the Outstanding Volunteer Award.
Here is the link to our year end survey.
