Vaccination Update
Hello Grand Valley Minor Hockey Families,


Hello Grand Valley Minor Hockey Families,
We are continuing to monitor the changes with public health in-regards to vaccination policies. The province made an announcement with several updates relevant to settings where proof of vaccination is required. In brief, some of the updates include:
-Starting December 20, 2021, proof of vaccination will be required for youth aged 12-17 participating in organized sports
-Starting January 4th, 2022, person will be required to present a vaccine certificate with QR code (on a device or printed) so that is be checked using the Verify Ontario app
-Starting January 10th, 2022, persons with a medical exemption will be required to present a QR code to enter settings where proof is required (physician notes will no longer be accepted)

The Pfisterer Farm
