Intent to Participate - 2020/2021

Intent to Participate - 2020/2021 Grand Valley & District Minor Association, under the direction of the OHF and the OMHA, are reviewing the recent OHF Return to Play Framework for the 2020/21 season to determine what programming will be available this fall (link below).

To assist in planning for the upcoming season, we are accepting preregistration for levels Under 7 to Under 18 ( 4 - 17 years old as of Dec 31. )
Please complete the Intent to Participate Form (one form per player) by September 8. This form is required to be filled out in order to hold your spot for the upcoming season. We will have registration info & fees posted shortly.
This information is needed in order to get our season started!
