BOTTLE DRIVE FUNDRAISER - FEB 5th
As you may know, fundraising has been a major focus this season for Grand Valley Minor Hockey!

Fundraising for our Organization is important for many reasons!

Fundraising offsets the cost of registration fees, ice time, skills night sessions, goalie clinics, the awards banquet, equipment and training tools, insurance, and many other administrative costs associated with running a minor hockey organization.  In order to help with these costs and keep Grand Valley Minor Hockey running smoothly for years to come we are asking once again for your help in meeting our goal.

We are organizing a Bottle Drive to collect empty beer and liquor bottles, wine bottles and boxes, etc. in support of Grand Valley Minor Hockey.

If you have some empties to contribute, we will be out and about on the morning of Sunday, February 5th in Grand Valley knocking on doors and asking for empties.  Please feel free to leave your empties next to your front door for pick up if you are not home.  Just mark the empties with a note for pick up by Grand Valley Minor Hockey. Empties can also be dropped off at the Grand Valley Community Center (the arena) on February 5th between 9am and noon.

We will be reaching out to team Managers for team representatives and volunteers.  We need some more parents with pick up trucks or trailers that could help out for a few hours on the Sunday morning.  We will also be asking for player volunteers to help knock on doors and ask for empties on behalf of Grand Valley Minor Hockey. Your support with this bottle drive helps to ensure that registration costs remain low and that there is hockey in Valley for years to come!

Thanks in advance for your continued support!
