Hockey Day in Grand Valley
Submitted By christinetaylor on Wednesday, November 23, 2016
Less than 2 weeks away is our Hockey Day in Grand Valley event!

Local radio station Country 105 as well as Officer Paul from the OPP will be joining us for this event. Officer Paul will be collecting new unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program and we will be accepting non perishable food donations or monetary donations for the CONCERN foodbank in Grand Valley.

We will have a ceremonial puck drop for all games with special guests from the community! Players names will also be announced during the warm ups! Be sure to come prepared to cheer on your favorite player with your Twister signs!

Come upstairs and check out our fabulous RAFFLE table, complete with Toronto Maple Leafs tickets, a gaming system, gift cards, and toys! Don't forget about the PUCK TOSS! A favorite with the kids, buy a puck and toss it towards center ice to win some great prizes!

We are still looking for volunteers for this event, if you are interested in helping in any capacity we have a signup sheet on the Twisters board at the arena.
