Grand Valley Community Centre Household Survey
Submitted By Jon Thompson on Friday, February 26, 2016
The Community Centre Committee is a group of volunteers from the Grand Valley area. They have been asked by the Economic Development Committee of Grand Valley to research and explore the creation of an expanded or new community centre, and/or recreational facilities.

This survey will help the Committee report the recreation needs and visions of Grand Valley and area residents to the Economic Development Committee, who will then report the survey results to Town Council.

As this is a household survey, please answer each question on behalf of all members of your household. Designate only one person to complete the survey for the entire household. Also, when answering what services or activities you would like, please mark only the ones you believe you will actually use.

Please visit the link below and take a moment to complete and submit this survey. Your help is greatly appreciated!
